Description

PrenatalEASY is a non-invasive prenatal test (NIPT) based on cell-free fetal dna analysis from maternal plasma that screens for chromosomal abnormalities in the fetus. PrenatalEAST 5 is a screening test for Trisomy 21, Trisomy 18, Trisomy 13 and sexual chromosome, and fetal gender determination (optional). The test is integrated free of charge with the RhSafe® test, a non-invasive prenatal test that, by analyzing fetal DNA isolated from a blood sample of the pregnant woman, allows to determine the fetal Rh (D) factor. The RhSafe® test is optional, and is performed (on request) in negative Rh(D) gestants, with a male Rh(D) positive partner. Not suitable for dichorionic twin pregnancy.
