Description
Autoimmune lymphoproliferative syndrome is a heritable disorder of apoptosis, resulting in the accumulation of autoreactive lymphocytes. It manifests in early childhood as nonmalignant lymphadenopathy with hepatosplenomegaly and autoimmune cytopenias
