MB Kits and Supplies Services offer a medical kit assembly service and can meet all national testing kit assembly, fulfilment and delivery requirement. As well as providing generic kits, we also personalise and UKCA certify your kits. We also sell the supplies that are used for making the kits.
All MB Healthcare Services clients will be provided with kits and supplies free of charge according to our terms and conditions which may be accessed via our website.
Our kits are fully compliant with the biological samples transport regulation UN3373
1
Our kits are of excellent quality, robust enough to withstand the shocks of manual or mechanical handling and transportation.
2
All kits have three levels of protection to prevent loss of contents that might be caused under normal transport conditions or changes in temperature, humidity or pressure.
The three level of packaging protection consist of:
- A primary receptacle - 95kPA casing/pouch
- A secondary packaging - 95kPA specimen bag
- An outer packaging - rigid box
3
An absorbent material is placed between the primary receptacle(s) and the secondary packaging. The absorbent material is made to sufficiently absorb the entire content of the receptable(s) so that any release of liquid substances will not compromise the integrity of the cushioning materials or outer packaging.
4
All of our kits will show the mark illustrated below. The mark will be displayed on the external surface of the outer packaging on a background of a contrasting colour and it shall be clearly visible and legible. The correct shipping name “BIOLOGICAL SUBSTANCE, CATEGORY B” in letters will be marked on the outer package adjacent to the diamond-shaped.
MB Healthcare Services Limited also specialises in packaging laboratory testing kits and distribution in bulk to Doctors, Hospitals, Clinics or directly to patients through our kit fulfilment service.
